Kevin D. Wackley a Pennsylvania State Police officer was found to be drunk on duty on July 12, 2012. He had an encounter with a local police chief, presumably on some matter of police business, and all the chief did was call his supervisor. They later tracked him down and detained him to get a blood test and he was mailed a summons. The chief should have arrested him on the spot and had him tested - that's what they would have done with you or me. Instead they let him go on his way (he was tested later in the day at .182 so you can imagine how much higher it was when the chief spoke to him). Frankly, I think the chief should be arrested for dereliction of duty as he let a drunk individual drive around who could have injured others. But this is the game. One set of rules for us and another set for those who would rule us!
